FAQs

  • Sessions can be held at your home, a local park, or my private outdoor gym. We'll figure out what works best for your schedule and goals during the free consultation.

  • Each session is 60 minutes of focused training. We'll work on strength training and conditioning together - cardio and running programs are provided for you to complete on your own time between sessions.

  • Life happens. Just give me 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule with no penalty. Same-day cancellations use up a session from your package.

  • Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cash. Packages are paid upfront when you book - single sessions can be paid day-of. You'll always receive a receipt for your records.

  • Nope. I bring everything we need. If you have equipment at home (dumbbells, bench, etc.), we can use it, but it's not required.

  • Even better. I love working with beginners. We'll start where you are and build from there. No judgment, no intimidation - just progress.
